Steering rack boots protect the steering rack gear from sand and dust from the outside. Nowadays, steering racks are very expensive parts. Genuine rack boots are made of rubber material, so they cannot be prevented from hardening or deteriorating over time. Also, on drift vehicles, changing the knuckles and increasing the turning angle increases the load on the boots more than expected, making them more likely to break, so when replacing them, we recommend replacing them with this product, which is made of strong silicone material.
